Just wanted to send a few lines to let everyone know what a great salesman and friend Randy Wollert is. We had a very difficult property to sell in this market. After messing around for over a year with other agencies, we finally found Randy. I thank the food lord everyday for that. Randy just got to the business of finding buyers and we finally closed this December. We cannot thank Randy enough for his help and friendship.

I wanted to take the time to write a thank you. In the real estate market, so many people are busy talking about how "lousy" it is that they fail to see the positive events occurring on a regular basis. I'd like to mention one and hope that my letter to you will provide more people with a better outlook and spread the news!
Recently, you listed a modestly priced home for my Aunt and Uncle in an area saturated with homes for sale. As is customary for you, the service you provided to my relatives was of the same caliber, despite their home's worth or monetary value, as you would have provided for a million dollar home owner. Based upon your recommendations, marketing strategies and tireless efforts, they received an offer within 30 days of listing with you.
I'd like people to know that the right agent, working for the right office will sell a home the right way, despite any negative perceptions of the real estate market.
To your list of positive selling attributes, I think you should add your 'million dollar service for a modest price'!

After coming across the situation of learning we had to sell our house and move due to a job relocation, we met with different Realtors to see which one would be able to meeet our needs. WHAT ABOUT THE OFFICE?
I am writing this letter to let you know that I am working with a woman named Kristine Schneider who is purchasing a condo that was listed by Randy Wollert. She was originally supposed to close on April 15th and was notified by her original lender that she wasn't going to be able to close due to an appraisal issue. This is when I met her, I took the loan application and rushed it through underwriting and got it to the closing table five business days later. I couldn't have done this without the help of Kristy Schedler at Century 21. I know that this doesn't seem like much but she went above and beyond and even called me back to follow up to see if there was anything else I needed. I have been in this business for just a little less then three years and rearely do come across someone as helpful and professional as her!
